五、Debugging and precautions

1) Debugging steps:

A. Correctly connect the power line r, t, r, s, t, motor power line U, V, W, PE, encoder line (CN2).
B. Turn on the power, set the parameters and save them correctly (please refer to the manual for specific operation).
C. No-load test, enter the parameter menu PA-00 and change 315 to 309 Long press the confirmation button to observe whether the motor speed is 100 revolutions, if there is no alarm after turning for a while, it means that there is no problem with the connection of the drive and the motor (please refer to the manual for specific detailed panel operation). If there is an abnormality, please check whether the motor phase sequence and encoder wire connection are good.
D, install the wiring between the driver and the PLC, check that there is no problem with the power supply and wiring and then power on for preliminary testing, observe whether the mechanical part of the motor is stuck, whether the motor emits abnormal noise, if the problem is found, please solve it in time.

2) Precautions:

A. When connecting the power line, U, V, and W must be connected to the terminals one by one, and the motor direction cannot be changed by changing the phase sequence of U, V and W.
B. When connecting the control line (CN1), the upper computer system and servo must have one end of the shielded wire.
C. The wiring must be reasonable, the AC and DC power supply should be strictly separated, and the control line should be strictly separated from the motor power line and power line.
