The thermal energy meter test bench is mainly used for the accuracy verification of heating flow meters (similar to natural gas flow meters, but can withstand certain high temperatures), and can also verify water meters and gas meters after minor modifications. The working principle is that the servo drive controls the servo motor to push the water tank to change the water intake, and then use the number of pulses sent by the host computer and the water inlet (represented by the volume scale) to convert to achieve the purpose of calibration.

三、System Composition:

As shown, the test bench uses a servo drive and servo motor that pushes the water inlet into the tank directly through a coupling. The upper controller adopts the pulse control board, and the control card sends a pulse to control the servo motor operation, and the equipment also needs a set of pressure devices to cooperate with the servo motor.

The servo drive works in position mode, and works by accepting the pulse signal of the control card, and the running direction and running speed of the motor can be adjusted by the host computer.
