一、Brief introduction to the scenario


The system is mainly composed of three parts: electrical logic control, servo function code sending and receiving, communication connection, can manually automatically start the system, select different servo motors online number after PLC program calculation to issue the corresponding function code to control the operation of the motor, can set the time temperature to monitor the system. On the man-machine interface, it can monitor the dynamic data of the motor and the internal parameters of the motor in real time, observe and diagnose the performance of the servo motor, and complete all performance testing in one stop.

二、Program features


1. Through various function codes, the complex motion control is completed with functional instructions, so that the motor under test can quickly reach the rated speed and repeatedly switch the running direction, and strictly monitor the performance indicators of the motor;
2. In the complex and changeable electrical environment, the terminal matching bus structure is adopted to achieve balanced transmission, and multi-point communication suppresses common-mode interference well;
3. The fully parametric design makes the complex test steps simple and easy, and the key data such as current torque, speed, and temperature rise of the motor can be accurately obtained.
