一、Application introduction

The automatic paper cutting machine mainly controls the cutting length by controlling the touch screen, automatically completing the adjustment of the cutting stroke and blade gap, and can change the cutting style of the paper through different molds. It can be equipped with a pre-feeding system or a post-feeding device, integrating feeding and unloading, effectively improving the degree of automation of the equipment, and being able to perform single-step or continuous cycle operation as needed.

1. The servo power section covers 100W~15kW
2. It is mainly composed of four parts: reclaiming module, leveling module, fixed length module and shearing module, and controls the operation of the motor by sending signals from Mitsubishi PLC FX3GA-24MT to control the operation of the two EP5 servo drives. An alarm in the midway driver is displayed on the display and alarm light. By modifying the length of the system, the driver automatically modifies the number of pulses emitted to achieve the modified length
