Repair services

1. Service object

The products covered by these Terms include the full range of products manufactured by Meixon purchased in the domestic market through Mayson and its authorized legal channels.


2. Service items

2.1. Replacement

Within three months from the date of sale of the product, if a non-man-made damage failure occurs, affecting the main performance and cannot get timely maintenance services, we will replace the same model of product for you.

2.2. Warranty period

Within eighteen months from the date of sale of the product, if the product has a non-human failure, we provide you with warranty service. Please contact the business staff and fill in the "Maintenance Service Registration Form" (main information such as: product model, serial number, fault description, special requirements, etc.), send it to our maintenance center, we will complete the repair within the maintenance cycle and send it back to you.

2.3. Whole life maintenance

From the date of product sale, we will provide customers with lifelong maintenance services. For faulty products that are within the warranty period but do not meet the warranty conditions or exceed the warranty period, we provide paid repair services, and we arrange for the repair of the product after the customer confirms that he accepts the repair cost of the product. However, repair services cannot be provided for products that have been discontinued, or that lack repair materials, or return products that are too damaged to repair value.

2.4. Maintenance costs:

2.4.1、Products within the warranty period, faults caused by non-human reasons, free maintenance.

2.4.2、Charging standards for products that exceed the warranty period or man-made damage, we will charge the cost, labor and freight of components according to different models and damage degrees. The specific cost will be quoted to you by the docking business staff.

2.4.3、Freight: The freight of products within the scope of warranty shall be borne by our company for one way, and the freight of products not covered by warranty shall be borne by the customer.

2.5. Maintenance cycle

2.5.1、The maintenance cycle of Meixin standard products is 5 working days, and customized products are calculated separately.

2.5.2、The maintenance cycle does not include rest days, and does not include the time occupied by the transportation process and the collection of maintenance fees.

3. Not enjoying free warranty:

3.1. Product failure caused by force majeure factors such as fire, flood, earthquake, etc.

3.2. Damage caused by improper installation or use by the customer.

3.3、Product failure caused by disassembly, repair or modification of the product by personnel not authorized by Meixen.

3.4、Products purchased not directly by Methyme or authorized legal channels.

3.5. The product nameplate is illegible due to tearing, alteration or other reasons.

4. Maintenance process

The customer confirms the warranty period→ the customer confirms the warranty coverage→ the customer sends the repair product→ both parties confirm the cost→ Meixin will repair it→ Meixin will send back the product

4.1、The customer confirms the warranty period

Through the product nameplate on the product shell, you can know the sales date of the product, and calculate the warranty and warranty time according to the sales delivery date.

4.2、The customer confirms the warranty scope

For products within the warranty period, we provide warranty services that meet the scope of the warranty. If your product failure is not covered by the warranty, we provide paid repair services.

4.3、Both parties confirm the maintenance cost

4.3.1、We will not charge maintenance costs for products that are within the warranty period and meet the scope of warranty.

4.3.2、For products that are within the warranty period but do not meet the scope of warranty, we will only charge the cost and freight of components, and do not charge labor costs.

4.3.3、For products that exceed the warranty period, we will charge the cost, labor and freight of the components according to the actual degree of damage.

4.4. Maintenance

After receiving the repair product, the maintenance personnel will test it as soon as possible, fill in the test results and charges in the "Maintenance Quotation", and deal with whether the charges are charged as follows:

4.4.1、For faulty products without charge, the maintenance personnel will send the repaired products directly to you after the maintenance is completed.

4.4.2、For faulty products that need to be charged, the maintenance personnel will hand this "Maintenance Quotation" to the corresponding Meixin business personnel, and the business personnel will confirm the payment details with you. After receiving your remittance slip, the business personnel will notify the maintenance personnel to start the repair, and return the product in time after the repair.

4.4.3、For paid repair products: After receiving the "Maintenance Quotation", please contact Meixon Commerce within five working days to determine whether repair is required. If you do not determine whether to repair within five working days, the maintenance personnel will postpone your faulty product to the next maintenance cycle. Unless otherwise agreed, from the date when the business personnel provide you with the "Maintenance Quotation", if the company's payment is not received within 30 working days, the company's maintenance personnel will return the faulty goods to your company.


5. Customer information

5.1、In order to better provide you with service, please attach the completed product maintenance service registration form when you return the repaired product, you can also download it on our website. Please explain the fault situation in as much detail as possible, so that our maintenance personnel can repair and solve the fault as soon as possible, and please indicate your detailed contact information, so that the repaired product can be returned to you in time and accurately.

5.2. Please try to back up the program parameters before sending for repair, which may cause the program parameter settings to not be retained after maintenance.

5.3. Because our products are precision electronic products, customers pay attention to safe and reliable packaging and transportation methods when returning products, has avoided more serious damage caused by transportation, it is recommended that customers handle transportation insurance, for the loss caused by transportation or other force majeure during transportation, our company will not bear compensation, please understand.

5.4. If you do not receive feedback within one week of sending the repair products, please call the maintenance department to inquire to avoid the loss of the repair parts during transportation.

5.5、The final interpretation right of these terms of service belongs to Wuhan Meixin Electric Technology Co., Ltd.
