一、Application introduction

Plasma cutting is the use of high temperature plasma arc heat to partially or locally melt (and evaporate) the metal at the workpiece incision, and use the momentum of high-speed plasma to exclude molten metal to form a cut, cutting power and precise positioning, applied to large pipe trusses, oil and gas pipelines, pressure vessels, petrochemical, offshore drilling platforms and other fields of pipe fittings CNC cutting cutting, while meeting the welding groove requirements, in which the power is provided by servo.

二、Process requirements

1. It is necessary to accurately control the cutting trajectory, accelerate and decelerate planning and control.
2. Precise control, four-axis linkage synchronous operation work, high-speed response.
3. Automatically calibrate the cutting knife in one second to cut.
4. Especially the chuck shaft has high torque and a wide range of speed changes.
5. Servo rigidity, torque, and high-speed response are required.
