一、Application introduction

The output of a drawing frame machine in a textile factory is Φ500mm× below 1200mm, which is a double-eye self-adjusting and smoothing framer, and the original multi-barrel, side-in-front-out automatic barrel changing device is electronically broken, which has the ability to run for a long time and uninterruptedly. The use of Wuhan Meixin's customized dual-shaft head motor makes the equipment occupy a smaller space area and optimize the structure. Equipped with Wuhan Meixin's EP1C Pro model driver, it achieves the effect of independent transmission of upper and lower coil servo motors, and the coil tension can be adjusted with the step.
