● Optimize the electromagnetic scheme and improve the efficiency of more than 96%. Using superconducting materials, the temperature rise is reduced by 10%.
● Developed new working methods for small motors and large motors, and designed a new movement, successfully miniaturizing the motors. In particular, the weight of large motors over 1kW is reduced by about 10~20% compared to the past.
● Adopt the new 33 million pulse 25bit absolute encoder. The new design with 12 slots and 10 poles and magnetic field analysis technology reduces the pulsation width and achieves the industry's smallest low cogging torque. By improving the speed stability and the rotation position of the motor, the torque change is reduced, which greatly improves the stability of the positioning.
● The new electromagnetic design is adopted to suppress radiated noise, making the noise less than the previous model. Through the aviation plug and the motor power supply, encoder input and output parts are directly connected, the tightness of the motor can be improved, reaching the IP67 standard.
